how to upload the custom logo in a youtube profile?

I have a musician account but I don’t find the button to upload my own custom logo…where’s the button?

    I think you should choose a logo from a video. The image is taken from the middle of the video werden.Also simply download a short video, the logo, it contains are often used in the middle of the video. Then select the channel logo.
